Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical loose-leaf tea goods purchased from Growmove and shipped within the United States.
Eligibility
You may request a return within fourteen days of delivery if the product is unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened pouches cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital recipe access or downloadable content.
- Custom-blended orders prepared to your written specifications.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of quote.
How to Start a Return
Email contactus@growmove.world with your order reference, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or transit damage), we cover reasonable return shipping within the United States. Other returns may require customer-paid postage at published carrier rates.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Damaged Deliveries
Report visible damage within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the package and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
